    Job Description

    Duration: September - December 2018 (4 months) OR September 2018 - April 2019 (8 months)

    Our Outsorcing Bookkeeping, Payroll and CFO Services team frees businesses from the day-to-day burden of financial and payroll accounting and financial reporting by offering a highly automated, all-inclusive service with business information available anytime, anywhere. This practice area is growing rapidly, servicing both small and medium clients across North America. As a student in the Outsourcing Service Group, you will have the opportunity to:

    • Input, validate, test and report client's payroll through Microsoft NAV
    • Identify data discrepancies outside of the norm and notify the appropriate contact on the team
    • Administer hourly and salary payroll and ensure timely payments to employees
    • Generate requested payroll reports

    Education and Professional Skills/Knowledge

    • Working towards an undergraduate degree/diploma with a focus in accounting or business
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
    • Strong team player who is also comfortable working on their own
    • Ability to multi-task competing priorities
    • Detail-oriented
    • Strong problem solving ability
    • Knowledge of general payroll and accounting processing and terminology is an asset
