    Your opportunity

    Our Hamilton office is looking for a Co-op Student to join the Commercial Financial Recovery Services (FRS) team from September to December 2019, and own the following responsibilities:

    • Analyze financial data, review financial models and accounting records
    • Assess companies’ current financial position, business plans and financial forecasts
    • Identify areas of concern and develop practical solutions to address them;
    • Prepare integrated cash flow models
    • Advise corporations, lenders, creditors, shareholders, regulators or the Courts through financial reviews, business turnarounds and financial restructuring (formal or informal)

    Your experience and education

    • You are currently working towards a degree, focused in accounting and would like to pursue your CPA
    • You have a desire to provide outstanding client service and a commitment to teamwork
    • You have a strong interest in pursuing a career in the corporate restructuring field
    • You have proven leadership skill and can take initiative to seek understanding
    • You display strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills
